Mr. Francis has served as a member of our board of directors since May 2015 and currently serves as Chairman of our Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He most recently served as Chairman of PetSmart, Inc. from 2009 to 2012 and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2001 to 2009. Mr. Francis currently serves on the boards of Supervalu, Inc. and Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy. He also served on the boards of PetSmart, Inc. from 1989 to 2013, Cardinal Health, Inc. from 2006 to 2009 and CareFusion Inc. from 2009 to 2015. Mr. Francis received his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University in Marketing and Management and his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Mr. Francis possesses particular knowledge and experience in strategic planning and leadership of other major corporations.
