Tim Shannon has extensive experience in IT management, training, and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as the US IT Manager and Training Coordinator at ATA Tools Inc. since February 2013, Tim oversees all IT services, including network support and hardware procurement, while also coordinating training programs. Previous roles include U.S. IT Lead, Business Development Manager, and Customer Service Manager, which focused on product training and sales support. Before joining ATA Tools Inc., Tim worked as a Training Supervisor at American Medical Response and as a Lead Trainer at Dynamic Consultation. Tim began a lengthy career at SGS Tool Company, where responsibilities included directing technical training and sales engineering. Tim holds a degree from The University of Akron and graduated from Akron East High School.
