Jessica Aghataher

Jessica Aghataher currently serves as the Director of Internal Communication and Employee Engagement at Ataccama, where responsibilities include leading the internal communication function. Previously, Jessica founded Aire Communications and held senior internal communications roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), managing communications across the EMEA region. Prior experience includes serving as the Asia-Pacific Financial Services Communications and Engagement Manager at EY and the Internal Communications Lead - Asia Pacific at Rackspace, where key contributions included executive communications and employee engagement initiatives. Jessica has also held roles at Hanson Wade and various internships. A graduate of the University of East Anglia with a degree in Politics and International Relations, Jessica possesses a strong background in communication strategy, employee engagement, and crisis communication.
