Carol Lin

Carol Lin is an experienced professional in organizational development and employer branding, currently serving as the Associate Director of Culture & Employer Brand at ATB Financial since May 2016. In this role, Carol leads strategic initiatives to integrate culture across various programs and designs employee experiences that reinforce organizational values. Carol's background includes positions as an Organizational Development Specialist, Learning Coordinator, and Talent Coordinator, where significant projects included leading the Workplace 2030 strategy and developing training programs.
