Tammy Ward

Tammy Ward has extensive experience in technology and leadership roles, currently serving as Managing Director of Team Member Technology Experience at ATB Financial since February 2013. In this role, Tammy has focused on projects related to hardware asset lifecycle management, organizational change management, and enhancing team member adoption and advancement. Prior positions at ATB include Managing Director and Director in collaboration and enablement, where the approach diverged from traditional IT support models. Tammy also has experience in leadership learning and development as a Senior Leader and HR Business Partner at H4 Leadership & Team Consulting, coupled with managerial experience in user support at Long View Systems, and previous roles in corporate IT at EnCana and Alberta Energy Company. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Calgary, earned between 1989 and 1994.
