Bob Myles is currently the Executive Vice President, Corporate Development.
As Executive Vice President, Mr. Myles is responsible for growing the company’s footprint in strategic global markets, the ongoing operations of Canadian Utilities’ non-regulated businesses in Canada and Latin America, and for Government and Indigenous Relations.
For over 25 years, Mr. Myles career has focused on the Canadian industrial sector in oil and gas, power and midstream markets. Most recently, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Stuart Olson Industrial Group where he led the operations since January 2016. Prior to joining Stuart Olson, Mr. Myles held a number of executive roles, including President and CEO of Tartan Canada Corporation; Managing Director of Energy at ATCO; Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at ATCO; President of ATCO Pipelines; and President of ATCO Energy Solutions.
Mr. Myles is a past member of the board of directors of Alberta WaterSMART, a past Director and Chairman of the Canadian Energy Pipelines Association, and a past Director of both the Petroleum Joint Venture Association and the Canadian Gas Processors Association.
Mr. Myles holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
