Francisco Alvarado

Francisco Alvarado's work experience includes various roles in the field of electrical engineering. Francisco is currently working at Alphatec Spine as an Electrical Engineer, where they started in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Applied Medical from November 2017 to September 2020 as a Group Process Development Engineer, leading electrical manufacturing projects. Francisco also had an internship at Bolt Motorbikes in 2016 as an Electrical Engineer Intern.

In 2015, Francisco worked at Maidbot as an Electrical Engineer for a period of two months. In 2014, they interned at ThunderStruck Motors, LLC, where they assembled and tested electric motors and controller kits. Francisco'sresponsibilities also involved working on electric vehicles.

Starting in 2011, Francisco worked at Cal-West Rentals, Inc. as a Maintenance/Customer Service Representative. In this role, they maintained and assembled construction equipment. Francisco also provided customer service, teaching customers how to use rental equipment.

Francisco completed a short-term course in Front-End Web Development with React at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2021. Additionally, they took another course at the same university in the same year, focusing on Front-End Web UI Frameworks and Tools: Bootstrap 4.

Prior to their courses in web development, Francisco obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz between 2014 and 2016. Earlier, they completed an Associate's Degree in Physics and another Associate's Degree in Mathematics at Santa Rosa Junior College from 2011 to 2014.

Apart from their formal education, Francisco also holds a certification in HackerRank Python (Basic) obtained in July 2021 from HackerRank. This certification showcases their competence in Python programming.
