Prior to their role at Atenor, Caroline held various leadership positions at CFE from May 2016 to April 2024, including Director of Business Transformation and Finance Director for CFE Contracting, where responsibilities included driving ERP projects and overseeing finance for a €1B revenue business. Caroline's extensive experience in finance also includes over 17 years at Hewlett-Packard in various director-level roles across EMEA, managing finance teams responsible for customer services, managed printing solutions, and other sectors. Caroline's educational background includes a degree from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, an MSIB from INSEAD, and Director and Board Effectiveness Certificates from GUBERNA.
