Jean-Michel Malaise has over 23 years of experience in project management and engineering roles. Jean-Michel started their career at BESIX as a Project Engineer from 1996 to 1998. Jean-Michel then joined BPC Group as a Project Engineer from 1998 to 2004, and later as a Project Manager from 2005 to 2013. Since 2013, they have been working at Atenor, initially as a Project Manager and currently as a Project Director.

Jean-Michel Malaise completed their high school education at Ecole Royale des Cadets from 1988 to 1991, where they studied Humanités supérieures. Following that, they attended Université libre de Bruxelles from 1991 to 1996, earning a degree in Ingénieur Civil with a focus on Construction.
