Manuel Fossoul has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1999, they worked at agora urbanisme as a Deputy Project Manager until 2003. From 2002 to 2006, they were self-employed as an Architect. In 2006 and 2007, they worked at Six Construct Inc as a Site Architect. Manuel then moved to BESIX, where they held various roles, including Site Architect, Technical Office Manager, and Project Manager from 2008 to 2014. Since 2015, they have been working at Atenor, initially as a Project Manager and currently as a Project Director.

Manuel Fossoul began their education in 1992 at the Institut Supérieur d'Architecture Intercommunal - Site de Bruxelles - Institut supérieur d'Architecture, where they studied Architecture. Manuel completed this program in 1997. Following this, from 1997 to 2000, they attended the Université libre de Bruxelles and obtained a Postgraduate Degree in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning.
