Blake Francis has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2004, they started their career as an Account Executive at MongoNet, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they founded House Golf, LLC and served as its Founder until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they co-founded and worked as the Chief Operating Officer of Need Inc. Following that, Blake joined Zenefits in 2015 as a Benefits Consultant, leaving in 2016. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Alliant Insurance Services as the Vice President of Employee Benefits. Finally, in 2021, Blake founded Athena and currently holds the position of Founder and CEO.
Blake Francis holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Advertising from the University of Colorado Boulder. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including Insurance Producer from the California Department of Insurance in October 2015, Open Water Diver from PADI in October 2010, and Private Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in August 2003.
