Abby Jaffe

Abby Jaffe, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional at athenahealth, where Abby has held various leadership roles since September 2012, including Human Resources Executive Director for Technology, Human Resources Director, and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to athenahealth, Abby worked at EF Smithsonian Student Travel as a Sales Manager, overseeing a team focused on lead generation for educational travel. Abby's career also includes a role as a Senior Tour Consultant at EF Educational Tours, where a strong emphasis was placed on customer service and sales strategy. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Camp Director at Hockomock Area YMCA, managing camp staff and programming for youth. Abby holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Mount Holyoke College and has studied at The University of Edinburgh.
