Matthew Bronstein

Matthew Bronstein serves as Vice President of Finance at athenahealth, where responsibilities include leading the deal desk, strategic pricing, and sales operations, while managing a team of over 50 individuals. Prior to this, Matthew held the title of Executive Director of Finance, overseeing technical accounting, SEC reporting, and M&A finance functions, as well as spearheading the integration of various acquired businesses. Previous experience includes roles as Accounting Manager at Constant Contact and Senior Associate at PwC, specializing in transaction services and audit for technology companies. Matthew holds both an MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Providence College.
