Jeremy Riedell

Jeremy Riedell serves as the HRIS Lead Analyst at Athene since March 2017, focusing on the expansion and deployment of Workday functionality while collaborating with HR leadership to enhance the HR tech stack for long-term growth. Prior to this role, Jeremy held various positions at DuPont Pioneer from 1998 to 2017, including Core HR Support Analyst, where responsibility included supporting HR Operational Excellence and Core HR process design, and HR Systems Administrator, managing multiple HR systems. Additional roles include HR Web Coordinator and HR Multimedia Developer, where Jeremy developed effective web tools for HR communication and distance learning initiatives. Jeremy holds a B.S. in Food & Nutrition with a minor in Business from Northwest Missouri State University.
