Kevin Rose

Kevin Rose is an experienced professional in Finance IT and project management, currently serving as Portfolio Director at Athene since October 2015, where responsibilities include strategic leadership and oversight of Finance IT projects. Rose has a strong background in managing project portfolios, overseeing agile workflows, and leading process improvement initiatives that significantly enhanced operational efficiency, including a pivotal project that supported a successful IPO. Prior roles include Director of Professional Development for the Central Iowa Chapter of IIBA, positions at Farm Bureau Financial Services focusing on life business solutions, and various project management roles in healthcare and finance sectors. Rose holds an MBA from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Northern Iowa.
