Michaela Gorton

Michaela Gorton (Ables) currently serves as Sr. Manager of QC Production at AG1 since October 2023. Previously, Michaela spent over eight years at Isagenix in various quality assurance roles, culminating in the position of Quality Assurance Manager. Key contributions included creating a raw material change process that improved efficiency and cost savings, implementing new standard operating procedures, and producing comprehensive reports on quality metrics. Earlier experience includes working as a Software Quality Assurance Technician at Grand Canyon University, where responsibilities involved testing learning management software and collaborating with a team on software errors. Michaela holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Science, all from Grand Canyon University.
