Caitlin T. Bender, MS, LAT, ATC, CES, PES, ITAT, is a highly experienced Certified Athletic Trainer currently working at Athletico since August 2012, where recognition as the 2016 Athletico Athletic Trainer of the Year was achieved. In this role, Caitlin supports approximately 500 athletes per season at Grayslake North High School and has provided athletic training services for prestigious events such as the McDonald's All American Games in 2016 and 2017. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of Pittsburgh, overseeing injury prevention and on-field coverage for the Men's Soccer Team, and providing match support for the Women's Tennis Team. Earlier, Caitlin was the first full-time Athletic Training Student Intern at Marquette University, gaining valuable experience across Division 1 teams during both internships and student training programs. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Sports Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Marquette University.
