Thomas C. Keeling, MJBL, CP, serves as the Benefits Manager at Athletico since October 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Sonova Group and a Senior Leave Benefits Specialist at ComPsych. Thomas's career began at Keeling Consulting Group, LLC, where responsibilities included Investigator in Employee Relations and Corporate Paralegal. Additional experience encompasses a position as People Operations Manager at McDonald's and Team Lead Supervisor at Saint Xavier University. Thomas holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Business Law, Corporate Compliance, and a Master’s Certification in Compliance Studies from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, as well as a Paralegal Studies Post-Baccalaureate from Roosevelt University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Law & Investigations and Anthropology from Saint Xavier University.
