Thys Strasma is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in analytics, financial management, and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Athletico since July 2020, Thys previously held various roles at Aon from March 1995 to October 2018, including Finance Manager - Analytics Delivery Lead, Manager - Finance & Operations, and Finance Manager. In these positions, Thys was responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, and supporting national operations, demonstrating a strong capability in guiding financial strategies and leadership collaboration. Thys also managed accounting teams and played a significant role in centralizing accounting processes within Aon’s Financial Shared Services model. Thys holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from North Park University.
