Erik Rogoff is an experienced R&D Director currently at ATI since July 2015, with a background in product development, nickel powder metallurgy, and process optimization. Previously, Erik held roles such as R&D Manager and Senior Product Engineer, focusing on titanium engineering for aerospace and other industries, emphasizing process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies. Prior experience includes working as a Metallurgist at Firth Rixson, where Erik led process development and failure analysis initiatives, and as a Research Intern at NASA Glenn Research Center, engaging in thermoelectric materials research. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Material Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
