Michael Rutland has over two decades of experience in cybersecurity and IT roles, primarily at ATI - Allegheny Technologies Incorporated since September 2002, where positions have included Senior Cybersecurity Engineer and multiple managerial roles in datacenter administration and technical services. Prior to this, Michael served in the US Navy as an Aircraft Electrician from July 1984 to September 1998. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Linn-Benton Community College, with additional education from Oregon State University.
