Nacéra Sabrina Meck has over 30 years of work experience in the field of corrosion engineering and product development. Nacéra Sabrina is currently working as a Principal Product Development Engineer at ATI - Allegheny Technologies Incorporated since 2018. Prior to that, they worked for Honeywell Process Solutions as a Principal Research Engineer, specializing in corrosion, from 2012 to 2018. Meck also has experience working at Haynes International, Inc. as a Senior Corrosion Engineer from 2001 to 2011, conducting various R&D projects and providing customer assistance in alloy selection. Nacéra Sabrina began their career at Boumerdès University, initially as an Assistant-Professor from 1988 to 1989, and then as an Associate-Research Professor from 1989 to 1998.

Nacéra Sabrina Meck holds a Ph.D. degree in Applied Chemistry/Chemical Engineering Processes with a specialization in High Temperature Corrosion from the University of Pierre and Marie Curie, Paris VI, France, which they completed from 1984 to 1988. Nacéra Sabrina also obtained a degree in Industrial Chemistry from the National Institute of Hydrocarbons and Chemistry (INHC), Boumerdès, Algeria, from 1978 to 1983. Additionally, they pursued a degree in Scientific Investigative Journalism from the European Broadcasting School, Montreuil-Sous-Bois, France, from 1993 to 1995.
