Rachael Ghobrial

Rachael Ghobrial currently serves as the Chief Delivery Officer at Atiba since July 2019, where Rachael also holds the position of Director of Project Management and Website Services. Prior to Atiba, Rachael worked for the City of Roanoke, VA, from October 2015 to July 2019, fulfilling roles as IT Manager - Projects Division and IT Manager - Senior Project Manager. Rachael's earlier experience includes positions as Senior Information Technology Project Manager at UnitedHealth Group and Spyder Trap, as well as Senior Business Analyst at OptumInsight. Rachael began their professional journey as a Customer Care Professional. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Roanoke College between 2005 and 2009.
