Nitasha Dusi

Nitasha Dusi is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR leadership and talent management. Currently serving as Sr. Director HR at Atidiv, Nitasha has held various significant roles, including Director of HR at Talent ARM Solutions and VP of HR & Learning at Rayden Interactive. Previous experience includes positions at Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. as Dy General Manager - HR focused on People Development and at Avalara, where Nitasha contributed as Senior Manager & Head - Talent Management for India, along with earlier roles in technical support and HR. Nitasha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from I.M.D.R, Pune, completed in 2006, and also completed additional training at Meritt Learning Centre in 2015.
