Francesco Fernandez serves as the Base Maintenance Manager and Department Head on Duty at Atitech S.p.A. since November 2022. With extensive experience in the aviation sector, Francesco worked at ALITALIA - SAI - Società Aerea Italiana from April 1989 to April 2024, holding the position of maintenance responsible for wide and narrow body aircraft and certifying staff under categories B1, B2, and C. Francesco possesses an ENAC LMA Licence and Alitalia Certification Authorization (AZA), accumulating over 20 years of experience as Certifying Staff on the Alitalia Fleet, alongside military certification in Category C (MOA Cert).

Since the beginning of our adventure as a repair station for the Alitalia fleet, back in the 90's, we always tried to preserve our operational and direct approach valuing, above all, every airline's needs; we were part of an airline, after all. Today our market is extremely competitive. New players balance their lack of expertise with extremely lean structures and low costs. We have aligned our prices to industry standards, but we did not sacrifice anything from our knowledge, our past, choosing instead to optimize processes and while preserving the highest possibile quality standards.
