Madhan Rangaraju has a diverse work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Madhan is currently working as a Recruitment Lead at AtkinsRéal. Prior to this, they worked at Atkins as a Recruitment Advisor, where they developed recruiting strategies, screened candidates, coordinated interviews, and hired qualified candidates for positions in various practices across the UK and Europe. Before joining Atkins, Madhan worked at State Street as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and an Associate - Global Talent Acquisition. In these roles, they recruited candidates for various roles in audit, financial reporting, client on-boarding/operations/relations, compliance, and custody. Madhan also handled end-to-end recruitment for middle and senior management positions. Earlier in their career, Madhan worked as a Technical Recruiter at Artech Information Systems and PRAGNA Technologies, where they gained experience in IT and non-IT industry recruitment, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews. Madhan also has expertise in working with tax terms like W2, 1099, and corp-to-corp positions.

Madhan Rangaraju obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumakuru (SIT Tumkur) from 2013 to 2015.
