Paul Mildenstein

Paul Mildenstein is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in international business development and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Director of International Business Development / M&A at Atkore since May 2018. Previously, Paul held several executive positions, including Managing Director for Flexicon Worldwide and Unistrut Asia Pacific Region, and Chief Executive Officer at Roof-Maker, which was successfully sold to a private equity firm. Founding roles include Non-Executive Director at Liberis UK, which specializes in providing financial solutions for small businesses, and roles at Dollar Financial Group and various companies in retail and operations. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Bacteriology and Virology from The University of Manchester and has received a Chartered Director qualification from the Institute of Directors.
