Daniel Whelan

Daniel Whelan has over two decades of experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Orthopedic Service Line and previously as the Director of Outpatient Rehabilitation Services at Atlantic Health System since November 2017. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Manager in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Atlantic Health - Overlook Medical Center from May 2008 to November 2017. Daniel's career at Atlantic Health began in May 2000, where various roles as an Occupational Therapist and Coordinator were undertaken until May 2008. Daniel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Seton Hall University, earned between 2002 and 2005, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University, completed in 1999. Education was completed at Morris Catholic High School, graduating in 1995.
