Richard Trent

Richard Trent is a skilled construction manager with extensive experience in project management and real estate. Currently serving as Construction Manager for Atlantic Health System, Richard also holds a position as a licensed real estate salesperson for the State of New Jersey DOBI at Varley & Stevens Inc. and operates as Principal Owner of TriPod Construction Services, LLC. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at March Construction and Hudson Meridian Construction Group, where significant projects included the Logan North Industrial Park and a mixed-use residential project in White Plains. Richard has a strong background in managing large-scale developments, including the Cook Center for Learning and the 215 Pearl Street project in New York City.
