Prior to this, Laurie worked as a Sales Services Manager at KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation managing a global team of customer service representatives. Additionally, Laurie has a background in customer service management and production planning/scheduling at MeadWestvaco. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Southern Wesleyan University, Laurie has successfully navigated various roles in the industry.
