Maria Paula Diaz

Maria Paula Diaz, MHRM, currently serves as AVP, Talent Acquisition Program Manager at Atlantic Union Bank since March 2019, after previously holding the position of Corporate Recruiter. Prior experience includes roles at Allianz Partners from November 2013 to March 2019 as a Recruiter and Workforce Management Analyst, and at Verizon as a Representative in Retail Operations from July 2010 to November 2013. Early in her career, Maria Paula worked as a Spanish Instructor at Berlitz Corporation from August 2004 to July 2005. Maria Paula holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Richmond, earned between 2016 and 2018, a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Mary Washington, and a Post baccalaureate Degree in Human Resource Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
