Tamika Brewer-Johnson

Tamika Brewer-Johnson, SPHR SHRM-SC, has extensive experience in human resources and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Tamika began their career at the American Heart Association as a Human Resources Director, where they managed benefits and maintained the HRIS database. Tamika then worked at Union Bankshares Corporation as a Human Resources Manager/AVP, overseeing recruiting operations, administering benefit plans, and providing coaching and counseling to management and employees. Currently, they serve as the Head of Teammate Engagement/Senior Vice President at Atlantic Union Bank, where they develop and implements HR strategies aligned with business priorities and facilitates sessions with senior leaders to support people strategies. Tamika is skilled in change management and has a strong focus on organizational efficiency and business results.
