Over the years, Michelle has held various leadership roles, including Director of Process and Documentation and Customer Service & Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing training, documentation, quality assurance, and contact centers for multiple products. In previous positions, Michelle excelled in managing telemarketing operations, improving training processes for global vendors, and enhancing quality metrics for customer service teams. Prior to Atlanticus, Michelle worked as a Lead Supervisor at The Faneuil Group from 1992 to 2001 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from East Tennessee State University.
