Carlo Verbinnen

Carlo Verbinnen is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Divisional Manager of Process Development Engineering for the Industrial Vacuum Division at Atlas Copco since January 2021. Previously, Carlo held the position of Manager of Process Development at Leybold from November 2017 to January 2021, where responsibilities included aligning and coaching process development capabilities across multiple Product Companies within the division. Carlo also spent over 13 years at Atlas Copco in various roles, including Team Leader of Engineering Strategic Technology Innovation and Team Leader of Process Engineering for Rotors. Earlier in his career, Carlo worked at VCST as Team Leader of Process Engineering and as a Process Engineer. Carlo holds an Industrieel Ingenieur degree in Electromechanics from KU Leuven, alongside a background in Industrial Sciences from Damiaan Institute and further management education from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
