Chinmay Khandare

Chinmay Khandare currently serves as the National Technical & Operation Manager at Atlas Copco's Chicago Pneumatic Compressors, overseeing the aftermarket business for high-pressure equipment in gas and process piston applications since December 2023. Prior to this role, Chinmay spent nearly a decade at Chicago Pneumatic Compressors in various capacities, including Service Manager and Key Account Manager, where responsibilities included developing and implementing sales strategies for CNG equipment and coordinating with service organizations to enhance market share. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Service Engineer, where efforts focused on technical support, identifying product quality issues, and managing service operations across India. Chinmay began the career as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee at Atlas Copco, gaining foundational experience in methods, quality, and testing of reciprocating compressors. Chinmay holds an Executive MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science.
