Joland Baetens

Joland Baetens is a Product Engineering Leader and Project Expert at Atlas Copco, where responsibilities include managing the development of next-generation oil injection screw compressor elements from concept design to serial production since January 2019. Prior to this role, Joland served as a Junior Consultant and Engineer at Altran Benelux, contributing to engineering and R&D services to foster innovation from conception to industrialization from September 2017 to December 2018. Additionally, Joland worked as a Project Leader at Atlas Copco Belgium during the same time frame. Joland holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science, both from KU Leuven.
