Kunal Kumawat

Kunal Kumawat serves as the Human Resource Manager and HR Head for Compressor Technique at Atlas Copco India Limited since November 2018, overseeing business HR leadership for the sales and service organization across India, including multiple plants and global people management audits. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Human Resources Manager and Deputy Manager of Human Resources at FIAT India Automobiles Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed competencies-based hiring, organizational strategy alignment, recruitment, training, and industrial relations. Kunal Kumawat is pursuing further education with a CHRO Leadership Program at Cornell University and an Organizational Development Certification from Tata Institute of Social Sciences & OD Alternatives.
