Matthew Delfini

Matthew Delfini is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and transaction advisory. Currently serving as Vice President at Atlas Holdings LLC since May 2015, Matthew has led due diligence teams in research, analysis, and financial modeling, while collaborating with portfolio management teams to enhance value creation. Prior to this role, Matthew supported the establishment of Aludium, an aluminum supplier, focusing on strategic initiatives such as the creation of a financial analysis platform. Previously, Matthew worked at EY from September 2012 to May 2015, providing transaction advisory services to corporations and private equity firms, as well as leading audit teams across various industries. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
