Rich Driggs

Rich Driggs serves as President and CEO of North Wind Group since November 2023 and has been an Operating Partner at Atlas Innovate and Atlas Holdings LLC since January 2020 and 2012, respectively. Driggs previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Michael Baker International from 2022 to 2023 and at WSP USA from September 2016 to September 2022, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing various infrastructure and environmental projects. Prior leadership roles include President & CEO at Heery International, with a notable focus on integrated design and construction solutions, and multiple executive positions at Lendlease, where initiatives included enhancing operational efficiency and safety culture. Driggs holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Purdue University and has completed executive education programs at Columbia Business School and The Wharton School.
