Jorge Bianchi

Jorge Bianchi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Global VP of People and Communications at Atlas Renewable Energy since October 2022, Jorge leads the implementation of people-focused strategies across multiple countries. Previously, Jorge co-founded and was a managing partner at Evolve Up, specializing in adaptive business strategy and leadership development. Additional leadership roles include Co-Founder and Past President of the Conscious Capitalism Chile Chapter, Country Manager at Axialent, and various executive positions in consulting firms. With an MBA from the University of Illinois and a background in mechanical engineering, Jorge has a strong foundation in business strategy and performance management across diverse industries in Latin America and Australia.
