David Nemec has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. David is currently the Head of Commercial Real Estate Credit and Asset Management at ATLAS SP Partners. Prior to this, they worked at Credit Suisse for 8 years in Transaction and Asset Management. Before that, they were with Northpoint Equity for 4 years, where they handled Equity and Debt Asset Management, Transaction Management, and Development & Ownership. David also worked at Barclays Capital Real Estate Inc. for 7 years as the Head of commercial real estate asset management team. David started their career at Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corporation and Nomura Asset Capital Corporation, focusing on Transaction Management, Credit & Securitization, and Underwriting. David began their career at Joseph J. Blake and Associates, Inc. where they worked in Appraisal & Consulting.
David Nemec earned a Bachelor of Science in Business degree with majors in Finance and Marketing from the Boston College Carroll School of Management in 1993. David also holds certifications in Series 63, Series 7, and Series 79 from FINRA.
