Lillian Tillman serves as the Managing Director and Head of Transactional Legal at ATLAS SP Partners since February 2025. Prior to this role, Lillian held various positions at Barclays from August 2015 to January 2025, including Director of Americas Head of Securitized Products Legal, Director, Vice President, and Assistant Vice President in the Legal department. Lillian's earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Mayer Brown LLP from October 2011 to August 2015, with a secondment at Barclays in 2013, and as a Summer Associate at both Mayer Brown LLP and Foley Hoag LLP. Lillian also gained legal experience as a Law Clerk at Brown Rudnick LLP and a Legal Extern with Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. Lillian earned a JD from Columbia University School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Yale University.
