Adam is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group. He contributes to the origination and execution efforts for software M&A transactions within Digital Transformation, including Internet of Things (IoT), FinTech, MarTech and Cybersecurity. He is specialized in working with companies who use Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, an integral element of their business. Adam maintains close relationships with strategic buyers and investors, and is involved in all aspects of executing transactions. Prior to joining Atlas Technology Group, Adam was the Director of Technology Investment Banking at Woodside Capital Partners. Prior to this, he was with the Investment Banking Group at Wunderlich Securities. Adam was previously with Moss Adams Capital in their Investment Banking Division; and formerly with UBS Financial Services. Adam received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from San Diego State University.
