Phyllis Millikan

Phyllis Millikan currently serves as the VP of Business Development for North America at Atlas and President of Focused Targeted Sales (FTS-Win). With extensive experience in leadership roles, Phyllis has held positions including Executive Vice President of Client Solutions & Partnerships at SurePeople and Senior Vice President at Right Management, where significant market share growth was achieved in the North American Career Management practice. Prior roles at IHS and LexisNexis involved leading large sales teams and transforming sales strategies to drive substantial revenue increases. Phyllis's education includes an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from DePaul University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the same institution, and participation in the Executive Business Education Program at Babson College.
