Mike Cannon-Brookes is the CEO and Co-Founder of Atlassian, a position held since February 2002. In addition to leading Atlassian, Cannon-Brookes serves as Principal at Boundless Earth and Grok Ventures, both roles established in November 2021 and January 2006, respectively. As Chairman of Blackbird and a Board Director at Room to Read, both affiliations began in December 2020 and March 2019, respectively. Cannon-Brookes also holds the title of Adjunct Professor in Computer Science & Engineering at the University of New South Wales since February 2014 and previously served as a Director at Tyro Payments from December 2009 to February 2019. Educationally, Cannon-Brookes earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems from UNSW from 1998 to 2001.
