Radoslaw Potera has had extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Radoslaw started their career in 1991 as a Product Manager at Guido Ltd. Radoslaw then worked at Netia SA, where they held multiple positions including Specialist in Switching and Teletransmission, Project Manager, RNO Network Platforms Team Leader, Senior Project Manager, and Key Accounts Service Delivery Manager.

In 2008, Radoslaw became the General Director at PLAY, overseeing the building of LTE, UMTS, and GSM networks. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Deployment and Transport Department Director at INTEGER.PL S.A., managing global deployment of Automatic Parcel Machines.

In 2015, Radoslaw joined Netia again as the Network Development and Planning Department Director, responsible for leading teams and overseeing the development and planning of various network technologies.

In 2017, they became the Project Director at EmiTel, managing acquisition and building sites for base stations for mobile network operators. Later in 2017, they joined Atman sp. z o.o. as the CTO/COO, where they are responsible for all operational and technological areas of the company, managing a team of experts and engineers in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, storage, routing, and switching.

Radoslaw Potera's education history started in 1988 when they attended Nicolaus Copernicus University, where they studied Physics until 1993. Following this, they pursued a degree in Telecommunications at Poznan University of Technology from 1998 to 2001. In 2010, Potera attended Telecoms Academy London for a Telecoms Mini MBA program. In 2011, they pursued a Postgraduate degree at The Business Psychology Institute Values & Warsaw University of Technology Business School.

Atman

Atman is the leading data center operator in the Polish market and one of the major operators in Central and Eastern Europe. Atman offers colocation and cloud computing services as well as dedicated servers hosting, but also data transmission, Internet access and other telecommunications and value-added B2B services. The infrastructure of Atman includes three data centers with 10,800 sq. meters net of total colocation space and a 43 MW power supply (2N), as well as a nationwide network. The Atman services are provided on the basis of Atman Data Center Warsaw-1 and Atman Data Center Warsaw-2 (both carrier neutral) and Atman Data Center Katowice, as well as the Atman network: a long-distance fiber-optic backbone and MANs connecting key business centers and telecommunications nodes in the largest Polish cities. Atman Data Center Warsaw-2 encompasses over 3,700 sq m of state-of-the-art colocation space, designed in accordance with international Tier III guidelines concerning data center standards, with guaranteed 16 MW of power supply, located in the strict business center of Warsaw. Thinx Internet echange (Thinx IX) gives full flexibility in creating an optimal IP services model for a telecommunications operator — unlimited peering with national networks including access to other exchange points in Poland (e.g. PLIX) and in Europe (DE-CIX, Giganet), as well as access to all global networks and Internet resources through direct links to Tier 1 operators (e.g. Tata Communications) and the Orange network. The main node of Thinx IX is located in the carrier neutral Atman Data Center Warsaw-2.
