They have a background in service excellence and training, having worked as a Corporate Training and Development Manager at Apollo Hospitals and a Senior Manager at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. With experience in guest services and training in various prestigious hotels and resorts, Snigdhyadeb brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role.
