Chen Chen has over 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Chen has worked as the Regional Director of Sales for Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts since 2015. Prior to that, they were the Sales & Marketing Manager for the Asian Market at Lily Beach Resort and Spa & Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, Chen Chen worked as the Assistant Marketing Manager for the Greater China Market at Constance Hotels & Resorts from 2012 to 2014. In these roles, they were responsible for sales, marketing, and building relationships with customers. Chen Chen also attended trade exhibitions, networking functions, and conducted sales visits and product trainings.
Chen Chen attended the Raffles College of Design and Commerce from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
