Prior to their current role, Sourish held positions at IHG Hotels & Resorts, USafe Global, Radisson Hyderabad HITEC City, Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, T. John Group of Institutions, TAJ Coromandel Hotel, and Accor, gaining valuable experience in training, quality management, and human resources. Sourish is dedicated to designing training modules, conducting internal audits, and implementing talent development programs.
