Charles Masters

Charles Masters currently serves as President of Power Solutions and Vice President of Engine Products at Atmus Filtration Technologies, overseeing commercial leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Product Management since June 2023. Prior to this role, Charles held significant positions at Cummins Inc., including Executive Director of Global Sales and President of Cummins Western Canada, where extensive responsibilities encompassed global operations, OEM relations, and aftermarket services. Additionally, Charles has experience as General Manager for Cummins Filtration across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions, and has worked in various capacities at Kimberly-Clark. Charles holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta.
